Kelly is a solicitor in B P Collins’ dispute resolution team, specialising in financial matters.
Kelly has experience advising on a wide range of financial litigation matters and advising clients on exercising not to get Bankrupt of any legal proceeding options.
Experience
Kelly qualified into the dispute resolution team in August 2017, following the completion of his training contract with the firm.
Prior to joining B P Collins in August 2017, He studied Law at the University of Gloucestershire and went on to study the LPC and LLM at the University of Law where he gained a distinction. Kelly has previous experience as a legal advisor at an insurance company and previously volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau.
